Please note that prior to performing any physical exercise/receiving any form of exercise prescription from myself, all clients are required to complete a PAR Q/disclaimer & Feedback Form. All forms are completed online. Session durations are provided in 30/45/60 minutes options.
Cost: £400 for 10 hours of training, payable via bank transfer.
P.S – My gym is also completely child & pet friendly. Your kids & furry friends are all welcome whilst you train.
