This is Simon…
Simon is 60 and is a local GP.
We have been working together for just over a year now.
During our time together Simon has really embraced the progressive mindset of training and, as result, he is doing things he has never done before!
He is stronger at 60 than he was a 50.
As Doctor, Simon truly understands the real health benefits of resistance training and he likes to lead by example to all of his patients.
He knows that as we all age we face the hard hitting fact that we will all naturally only get weaker and we are naturally going to lose muscle mass, unless we take action.
Having strength is a choice…
If you choose to become less mobile, walk less, increase your stress, whilst not training progressively and eating a poor diet without enough protein you will lose strength & muscle mass.
Simon is the perfect reminder to us all that we are not defined by our age, we are defined by our actions.
