I see too many people allowing their age to stop them from doing what they truly want to do.
When it comes to achieving your health & fitness goals, age is obviously a factor & does play a role in how you should approach your training.
However, you are NOT defined by your age. You do not have place unnecessary limitations on yourself based on what you have been told you ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ be doing, just because you have been on the planet ‘x’ amount of years!
My advice: Stop writing yourself off!
It’s not too late for you to work on what you TRULY want, both in & out of the gym.
Don’t give up on your goals.
This is Barbara, and she is 73.
Barbara is a very keen runner and has completed various events/marathons and park runs! What makes her achievements more impressive is that she only began running at age 66!
Over the last few weeks we have been working together on strengthening her body and maintaining as much of her muscle mass as possible.
