
Most workouts for busy parents are rubbish…
Most workouts I see on here that are aimed at ‘busy parents’ are not effective at all….
In fact, most are a bit rubbish, especially if your goal is to build muscle & change your body shape.
If you are a busy parent, you have far less time to waste doing a workout that is not going to give any return on your investment.
Just because you are a busy parent, doesn’t mean that the principles of muscle building cease to exist.
You are not exempt from what works.
You can do as many ‘dumbbell complexes’ or ‘fat melting’ exercises as you like, it won’t build muscle, and it won’t get you where you truly want to be.
If you are training intelligently & intensely, you don’t need a lot of time to get the job done.
You can achieve a LOT in 3 x 45 min sessions a week.
I don’t mean to rant, I just don’t like seeing people waste their effort, their time & their money.
The fitness industry & ‘fitness influencers’ will continue to lie to you, I won’t.
I can only help you by telling what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
So, I will say it again…
Most workouts for busy parents are rubbish…
If you are truly happy with what you are doing, you are seeing the results you truly want to see, and you are making progress, that’s amazing, crack on….
If not, perhaps it’s time to for a different approach?
