
Training should be taken seriously…
…but that doesn’t mean you need to take yourself seriously.
It also doesn’t mean that your training can’t be enjoyable.
Because if you don’t enjoy it, you won’t stick to it.
If you don’t stick to it, nothing else really matters because consistency always wins.

Training isn’t a punishment, and your sessions shouldn’t be full of dread or hate.
If you can learn to embrace training intensity that is balanced with elements of fun, you are on to a winning formula.
Train hard, laugh hard.
