The fitness industry can be a VERY noisy place.
Every week there’s a new trend.
A new ‘hack’.
A new ‘expert’.
ANOTHER new thing you’re apparently supposed to be doing.
The reality is that most people don’t need more information, they need less confusion.
You don’t have to fast.
You don’t have to do HYROX.
You don’t need peptides, collagen, ice baths or a 5am alarm to become healthier.
If you enjoy those things, great, but they’re absolutely not prerequisites for success.
For the large majority of people, the fundamentals will ALWAYS win:
- • Lift weights regularly. • Eat enough protein and plenty of whole foods. • Walk more. • Sleep better. • Be patient. • Stay consistent.
Don’t let social media convince you that you’re falling behind because you’re not following every trend.
Health isn’t built by doing what everyone else is doing.
It’s built by doing the basics well, over & over for a long time.
I’ve been helping people for a long time now, and that’s still the closest thing I’ve found to a “hack.”
