All you have is NOW

Do you have a goal?

Could be in the gym or out of the gym?

What do you TRULY want to achieve?

Are you guilty of having a ‘someday’ approach to your goals?

I get it, we ALL do this…

I’ll quit my job SOMEDAY’…

I’ll lose weight SOMEDAY’…

The thing is if you aren’t careful, ‘someday‘ will lead to nothing but regret, and before you know it, you’ll wake up one day and realise that YEARS have passed you by…

Trust me when I say I know EXACTLY how this feels…

One of the saddest things in life is to live with regret, knowing that you could have, be, and do SO much more…

The harsh reality (that I’m still learning myself) is that NOW does matter…

What you are doing literally right NOW is helping to shape who you are, and in turn who chose to become.

The biggest (and hardest) lesson I’ve learnt over the last couple of years is that I am the only person who is truly responsible for my happiness.

I struggled to accept this, I blamed others, it wasn’t until I took responsibility for myself that I could truly move on and be TRULY happy (which I now am).

I wasn’t happy, so I committed to making a change.

I invite you to make a commitment to yourself right NOW to making a change. I want you to commit to your own happiness right NOW.

What can you do right NOW that will help?

You can start with the smallest of steps, but you have to actually do it, you have to actually truly commit….

If you don’t make this commitment, how is tomorrow, next week, next month or next year going to be any different for you?
