I thought I’d give a quick overview of the basis of my initial training program.
I don’t have set rest days, but I won’t ever train for more than 3 days in a row (most often it will probably be 2 days in a row).
I also don’t worry about trying to cram everything into a 7 day calendar week, and I need to, I will run the training split over 8 or 9 days.
Each program will take no longer than 45 mins and I will never be doing more than 2 sets on any given exercise, in some cases it will be only one set. I may also split these workouts into 2 x 20 min workouts depending how my day is looking.
I’ll be covering why I am doing what I’m doing in further posts but for now, I wanted to give a quick overview.
