Because this is the internet & every exercise plan/routine has to have a cool name, I’d like to explain a bit about my new plan ‘Project 46D’.

‘a planned piece of work that is designed to find information about something, to produce something new, or to improve something’

Because I’m a Dad.
This plan isn’t just about a before and after photo shoot of me in my pants(although I will sharing physical progress)…
My plan is designed to improve all levels of general physical preparedness for parenthood and for life.
This will also be reflected in the nutritional choices I’ll be making/sharing.
As I said in my previous post, hopefully by sharing my approach it will also help you with your own journey and your own goals.
